Taman Perling was first developed in 1981, occupying an area of approximately 922 acres. A vision city which was conceptualised by visionaries, Taman Perling was an unnoticed parcel of land across the historic Sungai Danga that has now become the much soughtafter address in Johor Bahru. Taman Perling is linked to Johor's new administration centre in Bandar Nusajaya via its modern highway, making it one of the most popular developments within Iskandar Malaysia.
The township is directly linked to the ports of Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Pelepas, making it a bustling township full of opportunities. It is also connected to Skudai highway which will take travellers to Senai International Airport. Access to Singapore via the Second Link is direct as the ultra-modern highway is laid within the township. Public transportation is also a convenience enjoyed by many residents and students studying at a hospitality institute nearby.
Amenities are abundant as the town matures; business and financial centres, schools, police stations, markets, shopping complexes, art and music schools, galleries, eateries and places of worships mushroomed.
